The decision of whether to go to Catania or Palermo depends on your preferences and interests. Catania is known for its vibrant street markets, historic architecture, and proximity to Mount Etna, while Palermo offers a rich history, beautiful beaches, and a lively street food scene. Consider what kind of experience you are looking for - whether it's exploring ancient ruins and hiking in nature (Catania) or immersing yourself in a bustling city with a mix of cultures and cuisines (Palermo). Both cities have their own unique charm, so it ultimately comes down to what you are looking to get out of your trip. **

Make sure the salt is completely dissolved in the water before using it for nasal irrigation. You can also add a pinch of baking soda to help soothe the nasal passages. It's important to use clean and sterile equipment when making and using nasal irrigation salt to avoid introducing bacteria or other contaminants into the nasal passages. **

I work approximately 40 hours a week in landscaping and gardening. This includes both regular maintenance tasks as well as larger projects such as planting, mulching, and hardscaping. During peak seasons or when there are special events, I may work additional hours to ensure everything is well-maintained and looking its best. **
